Shiatsu massage is a clothed treatment and the receiver will need to wear loose clothing such as a tracksuit to enable freedom of movement.
It is not advisable to eat a heavy meal, drink alcohol or take recreational drugs before treatment.
Following a consultation where your general health and symptoms are discussed, hands on treatment takes approximately 35 -45 minutes.
